export-ome-tiff¶
Export the highest-resolution fused volume and fused maximum-Z OME-Zarr to OME-BigTIFF with channel and spatial metadata. Uses zlib level 8 and prediction. Accepts the acquisition/output directory or full fused store; writes beside them.
